Do you feel let down by your phone or cell phone company, cable or satellite service or Internet provider? Are you confused by the line items on your bill?  Or do you have a “success story” about your company taking prompt action to address your concerns? If so, you are not alone - consumers all over the United States are unhappy with their communication services over problems such as billing, service quality, and customer care.
 
Use the form below to tell us about your experience. Each story will be read, edited for clarity and sent back to you for your approval.  Then, if you approve, your story will shared (minus your personal information) on our website for others to read and learn from you. We apologize that we cannot handle individual complaints. But once you send us your story, you’ll see a link to file a formal complaint with federal regulators.
