What tricks are the banks pulling now?

The credit card companies and banks are opening up their bag of tricks to get around new rules that will protect consumers like you from abusive interest rates and fees. Send us what the bank is sending you so we can fight back.

If you’ve received a letter from your credit card company or bank telling you that the terms of your card agreement or checking/debit account are changing, we’d love to take a look! Have they sent you a notice of:

• New increases in your interest rate
• A fixed interest rate changing to a variable rate
• Increased minimum payments
• Lowered credit limit
• Fees for not using your credit card
• Your banks’ overdraft program? Have you tried to opt-out?

We’d like you to send us any notices or information you’ve received on the above or other changes so we can work to close any loopholes the banks have found to take more of your money.

Please make sure to black out any personal information before sending us anything. We won’t share what you tell us about your bank with anyone.
